Danylo Bodnar
Co-founder & GTM Engineer, IO Projects
Danylo Bodnar is a co-founder of IO Projects, a Munich-based AI automation agency, where he works as GTM Engineer. He enrolled at an engineering university in Germany at 16, although by his own account most of his real learning happened outside the classroom. Early on he moved into the startup world, working with different teams and learning how entrepreneurship works from the inside.
Across those teams he kept seeing the same problem: capable people spending too much of their time on manual, repetitive tasks because they did not know better tools existed. That observation is what drew him to automation and AI, not to replace people but to help them work faster and focus on the work that matters. As GTM Engineer he applies it to the sales and operations workflows of small and mid-sized businesses in the DACH region and the United States.
In 2025 he ran the Mallorca Marathon together with his co-founder, Nodirjon Tadjiev.
